My friend Summer (you might want to check her out!), threw an adorable party for her sweet 2 year old, Hazel. The theme was "Tiny Bears in the Garden Tea Party".

Summer made these poms herself out of tissue paper.
This hanging basket makes me smile.
The basket held the party favors which were cotton bags filled with basil seeds. The bags were stamped with one of Summer's stamps. Visit her shop here.
Summer made these sweet moss label holders by hot gluing moss around styrofoam.

This Mamma D.I.Y.'d this party herself. She said
